On August 16, 2022, the Migration Queensland (MQ) Program became open to all new applications.<\/p>\n

The crucial fact is that Queensland will have new fact sheets and nomination criteria for these applicants.<\/p>\n

Skilled Migration Program<\/strong><\/p>\n

Updates to current EOIs made before August 16, 2022, won’t be considered; only new EOIs submitted on Skill Select will be accepted after 16 August 2022.<\/p>\n

Before submitting an EOI (Expression of Interest), all applicants must ensure they have read and comprehended the new requirements specific to their stream or pathway and meet them.<\/p>\n

The Skilled Migration Program for the 2022\u20132023 fiscal year will be accessible to both onshore and offshore candidates and offer career paths for graduates, skilled employees, and small business owners.<\/p>\n

Business Migration Program <\/strong><\/p>\n

Migration Queensland has been allocated a restricted interim nomination from the Department of Home Affairs for the business program.<\/p>\n
