The Brokerage of the Year (1\u20135 Staff) honour is given to Imperium Insurance and Financial Solutions at the 2022 Insurance Business Awards Australia. The premier independent awards ceremony for the Australian insurance sector is the annual Insurance Business Awards. In a variety of categories, these awards highlight the top brokers, brokerages, insurers, underwriting firms, BDMs, and much more. The prize honours quality, leadership, innovation, and accomplishment in the insurance industry. The founder and managing director of IIFS, Sumit Sopori, expressed his excitement at collecting this renowned and legendary industry award to The Australia Today.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cMy team and I feel really pleased to receive the national award as it\u2019s quite a honourable award and well recognised in the insurance industry. It is a reflection of our hard work and effort being recognised on a national level. It will only strengthen our motivation to serve the community even better.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sumit has more than 13 years of experience working with large insurers and brokerage behemoths. Sumit arrived in Australia as an international student in 2005 to pursue a degree in business management at Edith Cowan University. He claims that he is constantly working to increase insurance awareness across various populations and is always willing to mentor recent grads.<\/p>\n
