Even now, you can still see them in Melbourne’s suburbs. The best way to find these guys is to follow them on Facebook first, and then follow them around town because their food is so upscale.<\/p>\n

Their favourite destinations are Geelong and Thornbury, but they also cater to events and private parties.<\/p>\n

The proprietors of Babaji’s Kitchen, who are also based in Melbourne, created their food truck as an homage to the well-known street cuisine of Mumbai and Delhi, as well as the Indian train stations.<\/p>\n
