95% of all the ingredients we use to cook your meal are grown in Australia because Australia has the toughest regulation regarding use of pesticide and insecticide. We do not use mass produced sauces from overseas. We have very good knowledge of herbs and spices as such we make all our sauces and spice blend ourselves. We cook for a living and live to cook and eat curries.
