Description:
Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support service designed to support you to navigate your journey through the NDIS world, which can sometimes appear confusing and ensure that you make the most of your package. Once your Plan has been approved, a Support coordinator will work with you to connect to the providers best suited to your needs, always encouraging choice and control. Support coordination is an NDIS capacity building support to assist in implementing all supports in a participant’s plan
