At Bizarre Hair, we understand that everyone is busy and things creep up on us from time to time so we completely understand that you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment but as we are a small salon, we just ask that you try and cancel a minimum of 24hours prior to your appointment so we can fit someone else in and so you don’t receive a 20% cancellation fee.
