The creator of the company Chai Walli, which specialises in high-end tea blends, is Uppma Virdi, also known as Chai waali. When she was three years old, Uppma and her family moved from India to Australia. She was raised in a conventional Indian home where tea was a common libation. Uppma began working in the corporate sector following the completion of her MBA. She soon understood, though, how much she loved tea, and she made the decision to go after her ambition of starting a tea company. Currently, Chai Walli is a well-known company with numerous honours for its premium tea blends. Uppma has received recognition for her efforts to the community and is a strong supporter of entrepreneurship and gender equality.

2. Mitu Bhowmick Lange

Filmmaker, producer, and founding-director of the movie distribution firm Mind Blowing Films, Mitu Bhowmick Lange is of Indian and Australian descent. She is the creator and director of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, an annual event supported by the Victorian government.Before founding IFFM, she worked as a producer and director for various television programmes with a background in journalism. Mitu wanted to encourage cultural interchange between Australia and India as well as introduce a larger audience to Indian cinema. IFFM is now a significant occasion that draws Bollywood stars and movie fans from all over the world. For her services to the Australian film business and support of diversity, Mitu has won numerous accolades.

3. Ravneet Pawha

Deakin University Australia’s CEO for South Asia and Deputy Vice President for Global Affairs is Ravneet Pawha. At the 2018 India Australia Business Council Awards, Ravneet received the prestigious Business Leader of the Year award. Ravneet was born and raised in India, however she finished her schooling in Australia and received a Master’s in Business Administration. She has vast expertise in the education sector and has held various leadership positions at universities and colleges in Australia and India. Ravneet has a strong commitment to advancing education and providing chances for learners from various backgrounds. She has received recognition for her leadership and services to the field of education.

4. Pallavi Sharda

Pallavi Sharda is an actress, dancer, and entrepreneur who has made a name for herself in the Australian entertainment industry. She was born in Perth, Australia, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Arts from the University of Melbourne.
