Bombay Bistro - located inside beautiful Boambee Bay Resort,  We offer both Indian & Western Cuisiene for dinner from the Restaurant. Our cafe is open for both breakfast & lunch offering a traditional cafe style menu. Bombay Bistro re-opened in March 2018 - it is our second sister restaurant to Bombay Brasserie located 12 minutes away in Coffs Harbour. Owners & head chef Joti & wife Joyce Singh previously operated at Boambee Bay Resort as Indian@boambay for almost 5 years from april 2011 to January 2016. Since opening Bombay Brasserie in August 2016, then they have now returned to Boambee Bay with a new name as Bombay Bistro - cafe restaurant & bar.
