From humble beginnings Disami Trends is fast growing to become Australia’s leading fashion house for traditional Indo-western ethnic wear with a modern flair. Founder and principal designer Sweta Rathod, together with her husband Digvijay welcome you and thank you for choosing Disami Trends. Like so many other young Indians, coming to Australia in 2011 as a newly married couple Sweta (Sami to her family and friends) and Digvijay journeyed the path of merging cultures whilst still wanting to honour and enjoy their heritage. As a young mother Sweta found it challenging to be able to access the beautiful garments like she could back in India, in a foreign land.
