Dr Rahimpanah is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. He attained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2001. He commenced his tertiary education by completing 2 years of Bachelor of Science majoring in Molecular Biology and Genetics before transferring to Medicine. He graduated from medical school locally at University of New South Wales in 1992 and commenced specialist training as a Registrar in South Western Sydney Area Health Services, during which time he gained invaluable experience in Feto-maternal medicine and high-risk pregnancy. In a quest to still further his experience in gynaecological minimal access (Laproscopic) surgery and infertility management he attended many interstate and overseas training centres and conferences most notable amongst which was one year of a specialist training program in the United Kingdom.
