      Description:

      Behind the Masala Hut brand is our chef and owner Surinder Rattu (Sunny) who comes from the town of Ludhiana in Punjab, India. Sunny first migrated to Brisbane in 2007 as a student learning about cooking and hospitality. While working part-time as a chef in Indian restaurant, Sunny had a dream of opening his restaurant, which eventually came true and he now make people fall in love with his unique style of cooking and delicious food. Sunny’s favorite dish is Butter Chicken which he cooks to perfection with his secret ingredients and recipe.
