My name Rohan Smyth and I am an experienced guitar teacher in the Glen
Iris/Camberwell area. My students range from nine to forty years of age,
from novice to established intermediate skill levels. Whether youre
just picking up the guitar for the first time, or have been playing for a
while but not quite sure if youre on the right track, I can help you.
Ive been playing guitar for ten years, and in that time have enjoyed
honing my own technique, my knowledge of musical theory and song
writing.
My lessons are custom tailored to each students interests.
My teaching is about helping you to achieve your personal musical goals,
whether it be lightning fast rock and roll or finger style acoustic
blues. My lessons also include singing/song writing, musical theory and
improvisational soloing.
My studio is fully equipped with guitars
and amps to cover any style of music, and provides seating for parents
to watch their childs lesson if desired.
