Our chefs use authentic spices (spices of India), specially grounded and blended, to enhance the flavor and aroma of the preparations. We purchase fresh (Halal) Australian meat – Lamb, Beef and Chicken. Our vegetables and fresh produce comes from our local Brisbane market, Rocklea. Owner, Sudhir Shetty has taken a hands on approach to ensure that you, as a customer, are guaranteed excellent service by the entire Spice of India team.
