Public holidays in Northern Territory for 2023

With 2022 coming to an end, who doesn’t want to know the list of public holidays of 2023. Good news for the citizens of Northern territory as there are 20 public holidays to celebrate. Luckily this year most of the holidays are on weekdays, keeping our weekend vibes alive. Following is the list of all Northern Territory Public holidays.

The aforementioned holidays are accurate during the time of publication; but they are subject to change depending on the Northern Territory government.

Important Notes:

• Due to the New year’s day falling on Sunday, the Australian government has offered Monday as an additional holiday for
• 24th December and 31st December are part public holidays, 7 PM – 12 midnight.
• Easter Monday holiday is there to create a 4-day long weekend, as holidays of Easter are highly celebrated across all states of Australia.
• Picnic day holiday is celebrated for various activities such as horse racing, railway picnic, etc.
