The South Australian Government has now published a revised skilled occupation list, describing the skills it intends to fill through international talent and migrants already living and working in South Australia.
The 2022–23 General Skilled Migration (GSM) programme is now open.
The list is the most comprehensive in the country, and qualified immigrants, including exceptionally outstanding international graduates, are eligible to apply for state nomination in more than 500 different professions.
With almost 470 occupations this year, up from 380 in 2021–2022, the number of professions available to immigrants from outside has once again reached pre–COVID epidemic levels.
