Dr Sanjeev Gupta specialises in surgery of the hip and knee, including hip replacement, knee replacement and arthroscopic knee surgery. Also, as a Trauma Surgeon at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, he is heavily involved in the management of complex trauma, and subsequent reconstructive surgery. Dr Gupta graduated from the University of Sydney in 1999, and completed his Orthopaedic Training in Sydney. Following this, he completed multiple subspecialty Orthopaedic Fellowships at world leading institutions. He has trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery (New York, ranked #1 for Orthopaedics in USA), at Harvard (Boston, USA) and John Hopkins and Mercy Hospitals (Baltimore, USA). He has spent many years learning from some of the top surgeons in the world.
