Leederville is located within the city of Perth, you can get whatever you are looking for, from public transport, eating out, schools, to a safe neighborhood. Leederville has close access to urban activity, the city is just 5 min away and everything that you might need is at close proximity, and of course there’s great connectivity through public transports.

Although it might be on a pricey side when compared to other suburbs, on an average you can buy a 2 Bedroom for $1.2million or you can get a 2 Bedroom on rent at $547 per week.

It’s located just 45 min south of Perth, with plenty of stuffs to do, you can never get bored if you live in that area. Inglewood also offers plenty of night markets and is well-connected to the CBD if you’re looking for something more.
