This article involves all the information about the latest released iPhone 14. The release date in Australia, price, features etc

The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be released on September 16, 2022, as expected. The iPhone 14 was announced on September 7, 2022. The iPhone 14 Plus will then be accessible in Australia starting on October 7, 2022.
Apple has officially shown its newest flagship phone, the iPhone 14, after months of rumours and some very irrational speculation. The new iPhone 14 models look like another solid win for tech giant Apple and much more than the iterative change some cynics were expecting with features like a new Dynamic Island notch – blending software and hardware in a clever way – and a 48-megapixel camera for the two Pro models. The event, dubbed Apple “Far Out,” was streamed live from the Steve Jobs Theatre at the company’s Cupertino headquarters. Some of the rumours proved to be accurate, while others appeared to be somewhat accurate.

Australians will be able to pre-order all four new iPhone models from this Friday, September 9.

The 6.1-inch screen on the normal iPhone 14 will remain, but the 6.7-inch screen on the Plus is a bigger screen. According to rumours, Apple will no longer produce the “cheap” model of the iPhone, thus there won’t be a Mini. The A15 Bionic processor from Apple and a 5-core GPU are included in the regular and Plus base models for increased performance. The “greatest battery life ever” for a normal iPhone model will be found in the Plus. For the first time ever, focusing and enhanced low-light performance will be available on the regular and Plus models’ front-facing TrueDepth cameras. The two base versions’ rear-facing primary camera has been increased to 12MP.

Crash Detection, a new function, uses a satellite link rather than a cellular network to alert emergency personnel of the precise position if a user has been involved in a car accident. The most recent A16 Bionic processor is included in the two Pro variants, Pro and Pro Max. A 48MP primary camera with Photonic Engine software is also included in both Pro variants for improved computational photography and improved detail retention. ProMotion remains, meaning both the Pro and Pro Max will have incredibly fluid displays. That translates to a 6.1-inch display for the Pro and a 6.7-inch display for the Pro Max.

Apple’s most stunning design, the Dynamic Island, which the firm claims “maintains an active state to enable you easier access to features with a single tap-and-hold,” will take the place of the infamous notch on the Pro versions. The timer, music, and other background activities continue to be visible and interactive. This essentially means that the notch can alter its appearance and morph based on the situation, adding life to the display and according to the user’s needs. The Crash Detection feature is now available on all four phones. In the event of a serious auto accident, it connects to satellite right away rather than relying on cellular communication to alert emergency services to the user’s location.

On all four phones, Apple has removed the traditional SIM card slot and is just using eSIM. There are five colour options for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus: product red, midnight, starlight, blue, and purple. There are four colour options for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max: Deep Purple, Space Black, Silver, and Gold.
